We deliver throughout Ukraine, cooperating with leading courier services to ensure fast and safe receipt of your orders.

Shipping terms:

Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next day.
Orders placed on weekends are processed on the first working day.

Delivery times: depend on the selected delivery service and your region.

Order tracking: after dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number to track the package.

Additional information on delivery and payment:

Shipments are Monday through Friday.
Upon receipt of the package, carefully check the order and inspect the integrity of the packages and products as a whole.
In case of damages, refuse the package and signing the TTN.
Inform our online store manager about the situation to arrange a return.

“Nova Poshta” delivery service

The cash on delivery fee is paid by the client.

Cash on delivery to the branch – 20 UAH + 2% of the order cost.
Delivery time: 1-3 days from order confirmation.
Delivery cost: according to the carrier’s rates at the time of order delivery.

Ukrposhta delivery service

The goods are delivered to a convenient Ukrposhta branch for you across the entire territory of Ukraine. You can familiarize yourself with the list of branches and operating hours on the official Ukrposhta website.

When choosing this delivery service, the client is responsible for the parcel’s safety.

Ukrposhta orders are sent only after online payment or to the FOP account.
Delivery time: 3-5 days from order confirmation.
Delivery cost: according to the carrier’s rates at the time of order delivery.

Courier delivery throughout Ukraine

Address delivery of goods is carried out by couriers to the specified address across the entire territory of Ukraine.

Nova Poshta courier

Delivery time: 1-3 days from order confirmation.

By Courier Service iPOST in Kyiv city.

Delivery time: Monday through Friday within one day from order confirmation.

Self-pickup from the warehouse in Kyiv

Warehouse address: Kyiv, Autovodskaya St., 18
Important! When self-picking up, payment is made according to the requisites.

Payment

If you are visiting our site for the first time and want to place an order but are unsure about the correct choice of payment or delivery method, please contact our manager who will definitely help you.

Payment is accepted only in the national currency of Ukraine.

You can pay for the order online with a Visa and/or MasterCard. After choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the bank’s secure payment system page where you will need to confirm the payment.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery payment is made upon receipt of the goods through the courier service (at the courier service branch or with the courier). This service is paid and its cost is calculated according to the courier service rates.

Non-cash payment

Non-cash payment is made as follows:

after placing the order, the store manager will send you an invoice by email, which you can pay at any bank branch (you will need to pay a commission according to the bank’s rates) or from a checking account.

For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided along with the goods.
